# 1. Asst. Lecturer in EDUCATION
# 2. Asst. Lecturer in HISTORY
# 3. Asst. Lecturer in POLITICAL SCIENCE
# 4. Asst. Lecturer in SOCIOLOGY, and
# 5. Asst. College LIBRARIAN

Candidates must have completed their Masters’ Degree in the concerned discipline with the requisite percentage. They should also have preferably cleared the NET.

# 1. Fluency in English: It is the ONLY language spoken on campus, both inside and outside the classroom,
# 2. Commitment to the Mission of the institution,
# 3. A willingness to accept additional responsibilities,
# 4. Professionalism and to model the attitudes and behavior expected of the students,
# 5. Dedication and sincerity in one’s work, including coming well-prepared to class, being regular and punctual, etc.,
# 6. A willingness to abide by the Service Rules and Regulations that govern Jesuit educational institutions in NE India.

# 1. Staff remunerations are based on the Jesuit-approved salary scale. Presently, the minimum starting salary is Rs. 15,000pm, and increments maybe added based on the candidates additional qualifications and/or past experience that relate to the job.
# 2. HRA (House rent allowance) of Rs 1,500 pm to those not living on campus, and
# 3. Staff participation in a Staff Benefit Fund programme.
