# 1. One Asst. Lecturer for KHASI in the College.
# 2. One position for a LIBRARIAN for the College Library.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED# 1. Candidates should have a Masters’ Degree in Library Science.
# 2. Candidates should preferably have cleared the NET.
EXPECTATIONS# 1. Fluency in English: It is the ONLY language spoken on campus, both inside and outside the classroom,
# 2. Commitment to the Mission of the institution,
# 3. Professionalism: including regularity and punctuality, and sincerity in work assigned..
# 4. Willingness to model the attitudes and behavior expected of staff and students,
# 5. A willingness to accept additional responsibilities,
# 6. Ability to abide by the Service Rules and Regulations of Jesuit educational institutions in NE India.
REMUNERATION# 1. Staff remunerations are based on the Jesuit-approved salary scale.
# 2. Presently, the minimum starting salary is Rs. 15,000pm.
# 3. Increments may be added based on the candidates additional qualifications and/or job-related experience.
# 4. HRA (House Rent Allowance) of Rs. 1,500 pm to those not provided accommodation on campus, and
# 5. Staff participation in a Staff Benefit Fund programme.
