Fees Rules & Regulations

The College Fee pattern is decided by the Jesuit Educational Society and it is done in consideration of prevailing costs and local circumstances.

The Fees pattern is subject to change. Changes in the fee structure are announced at the beginning of the academic year on the college bulletin board.

Fees must be paid in time. Reminders are not sent.

When fees are not paid in time, a fine is levied.

Students joining or leaving the college mid-year will have to pay fees for the entire semester.

Fees once paid are not refunded, irrespective of whether the student withdraws or is suspended or dismissed.

Application for supplementary certificates, such as age certificates, conduct certificates, identity cards, etc., are subject to additional fees.

Mark-sheets and certificates are withheld from pupils who have arrears in their college and/or hostel fees.

In cases of doubt, parents must produce the fee receipts as proof of payment.

Some need-based scholarships are available and deserving students may apply. A pre-condition for the renewal of scholarships is regularity to class and progress in studies.

Students whose fees have not been paid may not be allowed to sit in class until all dues are cleared.
