St. Xavier’s College is supported by a dedicated and committed faculty who share and promote the vision and mission of the institution. The academic leadership includes seven Heads of Departments (HoDs), who effectively plan, coordinate, and guide both curricular and co-curricular activities in the Arts and Commerce programmes. Beyond classroom teaching, the faculty serve as mentors, guiding students in their academic journey as well as in personal growth.

Focuses on the study of economic principles, markets, finance, and development, helping students understand resource management and economic decision-making in society.
Explores past civilizations, historical events, cultural developments, and their impact on society, helping students understand the world through the study of history.
