St. Xavier’s College is supported by a dedicated and committed faculty who share and promote the vision and mission of the institution. The academic leadership includes seven Heads of Departments (HoDs), who effectively plan, coordinate, and guide both curricular and co-curricular activities in the Arts and Commerce programmes. Beyond classroom teaching, the faculty serve as mentors, guiding students in their academic journey as well as in personal growth.
They adopt innovative pedagogical approaches and make effective use of interactive panels to create engaging and dynamic learning environments.
